Jukka Haapalainen appointed CEO of E. Helaakoski Oy

E. Helaakoski Oy has appointed Jukka Haapalainen, M.Sc., as its new CEO. He will take up his position on January 15, 2026. Jukka Haapalainen will move to the position of CEO from his role as Country Manager for Hanza Finland. Prior to that, he served as CEO of Leden Group Oy. Haapalainen brings with him extensive experience in strategic management and business development.
The appointment of the new CEO supports the implementation of E. Helaakoski Oy’s strategy, strengthening the company’s position in expanding markets in line with the family business’ values.
Jukka has a very diverse background in management and business development. He is determined and an excellent leader. Jukka’s expertise and experience create a strong foundation for the company’s future growth, says Jari Palviainen, Chairman of the Board.
